Garlic Spread

(Serves 4 - 6)


  • ¼ cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 ½ cup whole garlic cloves, peeled (remove and discard any green sprouts)
  • 3-3oz packages of your favorite ParmCrisps flavor (recipe used Italian Herb Parmesan Crisps)
  • 4 cups of grapeseed oil


  1. Add the garlic, salt, and turmeric to food processor and process until the garlic is puréed. Scrape down the sides of the processor bowl as necessary and continue blending.
  2. Slowly add ½ cup of the grapeseed oil in while processor is blending.
  3. Gradually add ½ tablespoon of the lemon juice in the same manner. Repeat this process until all of the oil and lemon juice have been added into the garlic spread. Blend for 10-12 minutes. If at any point the mixture separates, stop adding oil/lemon juice and continue processing until the mixture comes together.
  4. Transfer the garlic spread over to an airtight container. If the spread is still warm from the food processor, wait until it cools to cover the container. Refrigerate for about an hour. (Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month.)
  5. Spread a single layer of garlic spread onto your favorite ParmCrisps flavor cracker. Enjoy!
