Three Olive Bruschetta Spread

(Serves 8 - 10)


  • 1-9.50 oz bag of ParmCrisps oven baked crackers.
  • 1-tsp black pepper
  • 1-tsp fresh rosemary
  • 1-tbsp turmeric
  • 3-tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 fresh leaves Basil
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 oz pitted black olives, drain liquid
  • 6 oz pitted green olives, drain liquid
  • 6 oz pitted Kalamata olives, drain liquid


  1. In a food processor combine the black olives, green olives, kalamata olives, basil, garlic, rosemary, pepper, and turmeric. Pulse to chop, then add balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Process until smooth.
  2. Transfer onto a serving bowl. Refrigerate for an hour, or overnight if possible, before serving.
  3. Served with your favorite ParmCrisps flavor. Enjoy!
