Every ParmCrisps product starts with 100% real cheese* that’s locally sourced in the USA by a family-run company that has made cheese the same way for over 150 years. That commitment to quality also extends to our other carefully selected premium spice blends and gourmet dry-roasted nuts that make up our many flavors and products. Finally, ParmCrisps® are oven-baked in small batches to ensure consistency, quality and freshness. Their crunchy texture and bold taste make them a craveable snack you’ll reach for again and again.
Made simply with only a few, premium ingredients, our ParmCrisps® are naturally gluten-free and sugar-free, with low carbs and high protein to deliver all the snacking goodness without the guilt. Where does ParmCrisps’ parmesan come from?
We use premium, hand-turned parmesan cheese wheels that are brined and aged for 10+ months. All of our parmesan cheese is proudly made in the USA by a family-run business that has made parmesan cheese the same way for 150+ years.

Are ParmCrisps® vegetarian?
We do not use any animal rennet in our products, so all of our ParmCrisps® are vegetarian-friendly!
Do you make vegan ParmCrisps®?
We do! ParmCrisps® Plant-Based, available in Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper flavors, are artisan-crafted and oven-baked with dairy-free cheese and premium seasonings to deliver you a craveable, crunchy crisp without compromise.
I have a peanut allergy, can I safely eat ParmCrisps®?
It depends on which product you are trying! While we do not process peanuts in the manufacturing facility where our products are made, some of our Snack Mix ingredient suppliers may process peanuts on shared equipment. We do test each batch of nuts coming from our suppliers for peanuts but recommend consulting a medical professional if you or someone you know has a peanut allergy before consuming our Snack Mix products.
How are ParmCrisps® made?
ParmCrisps® are made from 100% cheese, oven-baked in small batches, and seasoned with our special selection of all-natural spices for peak flavor.
How long do ParmCrisps® last?
ParmCrisps® and ParmCrisps® Plant-Based have a 1-year shelf life, while our ParmCrisps® Snack Mix has a 9-month shelf life.
Where can I find you in my local grocery store?
It depends on your retailer! We can be found in the snack food section at some stores and the deli section in others. If you are having trouble finding us, be sure to ask someone who works there.

Are ParmCrisps® Non-GMO certified?
Although our ParmCrisps® are not Non-GMO certified, we do not use any artificial flavoring.
Are ParmCrisps® low carb?
Yes! All of our ParmCrisps®, excluding Plant-Based and Snack Mix, are 3g of net carbs or lower depending on which flavor you purchase! They are also keto-friendly and contain 0g of sugar.
