National Cheese DaySweepstakes Official Rules (“OFFICIAL RULES”)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.
1. ELIGIBILITY: National Cheeseday Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals 18 years of age or older as of date of entry and who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, retailers, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, production agencies, electronic media firms, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible to win.
2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must create an Instagramaccount. If you already have an Instagram account, sign in to your account using your name and password. If you are not an existing member of Instagram you will be required to follow the directions and join. When you join Instagramyou are indicating that you have read and agree to accept Instagram’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. Membership to these services is free. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00AM EST on June 4, 2022and ends at 11:59 PM on June 7, 2022(“Promotion Period”). To enter, log into your Instagram account and participate in the National Cheese Day Sweepstakes by liking the photo posted on June 4, 2022 by @parmcrisps, following @parmcrisps on Instagram, and commenting a favorite ParmCrisps® snack on the aforementioned photo with the hashtag #nationalcheesedaysweepstakes. Persons may enter a bonus entry by sharing the aforementioned photo on their own Instagram story. There is no maximum number of entries per person. Entrants must abide by Instagram Rules and entrants must ensure that their social media account’s privacy settings are set to allow Sponsors’ respective social media accounts to view the entry and communicate with the entrant. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the Entry will be considered made by the authorized account owner of the Instagram account at the time the Entry was submitted. “Authorized account owner” is the natural person in whose name the e-mail address associated with the Instagram account has been issued. A selected winner may be asked to provide Sponsorwith proof that the selected winner is the registered owner of the said account. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the Entry will be deemed ineligible. Use of automated devices not valid for entry in the Sweepstakes. Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsorand will not be returned. Sponsormay at their sole discretion disqualify anyone who violates the Official Rules or undermines the integrity of the Sweepstakes by disabling cookies, using any form of automatic entering, or any other form of manipulation.
3. THREE PRIZES. There will be three prize winners. One pack will be granted per winner. Packs will be assigned randomly to each winner.

No substitutions for prizes shall be made except by Sponsor, or as may be necessary due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. All taxes and other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Selection of products is at the total discresion of the Sponsor. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery and not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the total number of Entries received.
4. RANDOM DRAWING/ WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected by a random number generator drawing on or about June 8, 2022 at 12:00 PM from all eligible Entries received. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message. Winners will have seven days to respond to the message with their name, address for shipping prize, email address, telephone number and birth date to confirm that they are 18 years of age or older. If any prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner forfeits the prize and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Limit one prize per person.
5. GENERAL RULES: By accepting a prize, winners agree that the Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsors’ authority may use the winner’s name, Entry, picture/portrait, likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in perpetuity without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting a Entry in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor shall be permitted to use your entry data for marketing purposes consistent with Sponsors’ privacy policy (available at http://www.hain.com/privacy-policy/) and applicable law. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTING A PRIZE, EACH ENTRANT AND WINNER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR ACTIONS OF ANY KIND, AND WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY EACH ENTRANT AND WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, THAT MAY ARISE IN ANY WAY FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award the prizes from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation or termination. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage-due or damaged Entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone or transmission failures of any kind, which limit a person’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries.
